We ship free of charge to anywhere in India. We do not ship outside the country.
Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 7 days for metros, major cities and towns. For other areas it is 10 days. Our endeavor is to deliver the product you ordered as fast as possible.

Will you hold the order and ship at a later date?
Yes, we can hold your order and ship at a later date. You will have to contact us and give us this information within one hour of placing the order.
Will you do Gift wrapping services?
Yes, we can do give gift wrapping services. Your gift will be delivered gift wrapped and with a card. Write to us with your message that needs to be printed on your card.
Warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)
The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable). However, additional levies like Octroi, wherever payable, have to be borne by you.
What is meant by Billing address?
Billing address means the address which you would like to be printed on the invoice.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking) and Cheque/DD/Money Order. In the CoD payment terms or CoD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a CoD purchase?
The maximum order value for a CoD payment is Rs. 20,000. It’s strictly a cash-only payment method; Cheques or Demand Drafts will not be entertained. Also, e-Gift Vouchers or Promotion coupons cannot be used for CoD orders.

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from Blue Dahlia?
If you have received a defective / damaged product please send us an email via our contact us form.
When and how can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order shipped” state. You can do so by sending us an email via our contact us form with the order number. Any payment processed by us will be refunded to you.
How do I return a product ordered on Blue Dahlia?
We accept all returns. If you want to return a product for any reason, you can do so by sending us an email via our contact us form with the order number.
We will arrange for free pick up and refund you the money. You have to return the product within 15 days of receipt.
Goods returned should be in the same condition as they were when dispatched. Damaged and defective goods will not be accepted.
How can I get back the order amount, if I cancel the order?
Depending on whether you have placed the order by using Credit / Debit card or Net banking option, the refund will be credited back to your card account or bank account, as the case may be.
How many days will it take to credit back, if I cancel the order?
We will arrange for the refund immediately. The time taken for crediting your account will be as per your bank process; normally it will take minimum 7 working days from the date of refund or cancel for debit card and nonbanking payments. In the case of credit cards, the refund will be reflected in your subsequent statement.

If my order status does not get updated in the website, how can I find the status?
Email via our contact us form and we will send you the information.
How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
We will send an instant e-mail of the receipt of order. Another email will be sent immediately on dispatch with the information for the shipment of your order including your tracking details.
