Shipping, Exchange & Returns
Shipping Policy
To ensure your order reaches you on time and in good condition, we ship exclusively through reliable courier partners.
Delivery Address: Each order can be shipped to a single destination only. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping charge of ₹110 applies.
Dispatch Timeline: We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days from the date of order. In case of stock unavailability or unforeseen delays, we will inform you promptly via phone or email.
Personalisation / Customised Orders: Personalisation requests will be forwarded to our manufacturing team for processing. As per our manufacturing timelines, this requires an additional 10-12 working days before dispatch. Please consider this extra time when placing a personalised / customised order.
Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, products typically reach customers within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays caused by courier companies or other external factors are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.
Packaging & Delivery: All orders are shipped in tamper-proof packaging. If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and immediately inform us at info@bluedahlia.im or call us at +91 7010549730. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
Invoice & Compliance: As per Indian tax regulations, all shipments will include an invoice mentioning product prices.
Delivery Confirmation: For security reasons, the courier partner may request a signed delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Exchange
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms damaged product or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to exchange the product. Please return the unused item with packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the product is to be exchanged for any other reason other than being faulty or defective, then you need to contact our customer service team and intimate the same. Post evaluation of the reason for exchange, our service team shall assist you in returning the product. The returned product must be sent to us through a reliable courier service provider within 7 days of receiving the product. The courier charges shall be borne by the customer in this regard.
If you wish to exchange the product with a product of higher value then the difference amount shall be paid by you.

Personalized or other customized product shall not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
In case a customer does not raise an exchange claim as per the Terms mentioned, the User shall be ineligible for exchange.
Only post inspection of the returned product and confirmation of eligibility by Blue Dahlia, the replaced product shall be shipped to the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
As all our products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour variation due to screen differences. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.
