The website www.bluedahlia.in is operated by Premier Fine Linens Pvt Ltd (hereinafter “PFL”, “we”, “our” or “us”, as the case may be), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its Registered Office at RR Landmark, 1E-1 Nava India Road, Coimbatore – 641 028, India. All references to Website in these Terms shall deem to refer to the aforesaid entity in inclusion of the online portal.
The following Online Shopping Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms & Conditions”) govern the services which PFL offers at the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you register with us, you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended and varied by us from time to time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website and may, at the sole discretion of the Website be notified to the Users from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, by continuing to use the Website after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified.
The Website reserves the right to terminate any membership and / or refuse to provide access to the Website if it is brought to the Website’s notice or if it is discovered that the person accessing/using the Website is under the age of 18 years.
By accepting the Terms or using or transacting on the Website, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that he/she is of legal age i.e. 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract and such usage shall be deemed to form a contract between the Website and such User to the extent permissible under applicable laws.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, arising on account of any matter connected with the usage of the website will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by PFL. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India, 1996. The venue of Arbitration shall be Coimbatore.

Disclaimer
We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfill any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies / intervention / direction / prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.
Non Acceptance, Cancellation of Orders & Refunds
Certain situations may arise where we may not be able to accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by you for any reason.
On certain very rare occasions, we may be unable to accept an order due to non availability of the product in stock. In such a situation, if we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the entire amount received by us will be refunded.
Further, inspite of our best efforts to provide correct and accurate information on the website, some errors may occur from time to time. We may therefore be unable to accept an order placed by you due to errors in product description and/or pricing on the website. In such a situation, we shall inform you by e-mail to place a fresh order on the basis of corrected information, should you prefer to do so. You may however at your sole discretion also choose to cancel the order. If the order is cancelled after we have processed the payment, the amount received will be refunded.
You cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped out by us. In case you cancel an order before it has been processed/ approved by us, we shall refund the entire amount received by us. Our decision on whether an order has been processed or not shall be final and you agree not to dispute our decision.
All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on www.bluedahlia.in, please contact our customer care service within 24 hours of order placement and our customer care executives will help you cancel the order. No cancellation charges will be levied should you choose to cancel the order post order confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order after receiving it, kindly contact our customer care service. Please note you will need to raise a cancellation request and ship the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will conduct a quality check and process your cancellation request.
Attention: Personalized or customized products like embroidered pillow covers, bedsheets, etc., are not eligible for cancellation. Personalized products that have a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge and with personalization. If the product has been personalized and it bears no manufacturing defect, the order cannot be cancelled.
Note: Orders for personalized or engraved products cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please ensure all details provided for personalization are accurate before placing your order.
