Non Acceptance, Cancellation of Orders & Refunds
Certain situations may arise where we may not be able to accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by you for any reason.
On certain very rare occasions, we may be unable to accept an order due to non availability of the product in stock. In such a situation, if we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the entire amount received by us will be refunded.
Further, inspite of our best efforts to provide correct and accurate information on the website, some errors may occur from time to time. We may therefore be unable to accept an order placed by you due to errors in product description and/or pricing on the website. In such a situation, we shall inform you by e-mail to place a fresh order on the basis of corrected information, should you prefer to do so. You may however at your sole discretion also choose to cancel the order. If the order is cancelled after we have processed the payment, the amount received will be refunded.
You cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped out by us. In case you cancel an order before it has been processed/ approved by us, we shall refund the entire amount received by us. Our decision on whether an order has been processed or not shall be final and you agree not to dispute our decision.
All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product. The variation could occur for a number of reasons including the screen resolution and other parameters of the monitor. The resulting colour variation could be up to 10% which we request you to take note of.
Return of goods
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the product purchased online at our website subject to the following conditions:
- The product is returned, unused and in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final.
- The product should be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.
- Goods once used or washed cannot be returned.
- To avail a refund, the customer is requested to send an email of the product pictures with the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Once we receive the product, we will check for wear and tear and then initiate the refund.
- Refund will be credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 working days.
Credit / Debit Card Transaction
The following rules govern your use of credit /debit card at our website
- You shall ensure that the credit /debit card details provided by you are correct.
- You shall only use a credit / debit card owned by you for your transactions.
- We will not be liable for any credit /debit card fraud.

We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfill any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies / intervention / direction / prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.
